Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, demonstrating a proven ability to build and manage relationships, particularly within a SaaS environment. They should be comfortable with de-escalation management and navigating challenging conversations while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset, and possess strong follow-through and self-management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will deliver value and an exceptional experience to Flock Safety’s largest and most strategic customers, proactively engaging in expansion efforts to increase net revenue retention. You will ensure early product understanding and customer adoption through in-person training and optimization calls, building trust with multiple stakeholders within each department, and driving growth in surrounding markets through referrals and references. Additionally, you will be an internal customer champion, effectively communicating feedback to teams across Flock to improve customer experiences and enable market growth, translating software functionality into understandable terms, and ultimately creating raving promoters for the product.
