Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and achieving renewal and growth targets. They should also have 2+ years of experience in digital healthcare services, ideally in an EHR/EMR environment, with familiarity in healthcare workflows, digital health solutions, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.
The Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them achieve their business goals and maximize the value of Healthie’s platform by overseeing account health, managing renewals, identifying and driving expansion opportunities, conducting quarterly business reviews, providing tailored product guidance, and proactively addressing risks to ensure a seamless customer experience. They will also work cross-functionally with teams like Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support to address challenges and continuously enhance the customer journey.
Cloud-based EHR for wellness professionals
