In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are necessary, as is the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management are also required. HubSpot certifications are considered a plus.
