The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in customer success, preferably within a SaaS environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, proactively managing existing accounts, and driving customer adoption of Insider’s platform. This includes conducting regular check-in calls, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will also be responsible for advocating for customer needs internally and collaborating with sales and product teams to improve the customer experience.
