Candidates should possess a proven track record of success in strategic planning, a deep understanding of the ticketing and/or events industry, and strong analytical and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience in customer success or account management is highly desirable.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will help large and complex customers realize the maximum ROI with the Eventbrite platform, design and implement customer account plans to drive re-engagement, increase product adoption, minimise churn rates, and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to provide strategic insights and identify growth opportunities. You will also play a role in shaping the company's strategic initiatives and providing feedback to Eventbrite Product and Engineering teams.
