Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in customer success or a similar role, with a strong understanding of healthcare technology and clinical workflows.
The Customer Success Manager will orchestrate relationships with assigned clients, driving adoption of the HealthCast™ Services portfolio, facilitating retention, and enabling product and services renewals. They will collaborate with the account team to define success criteria, facilitate smooth implementations and ongoing engagement with clinicians, build customer success plans, proactively schedule and lead customer calls, measure and communicate customer achievement of key performance indicators, establish regular cadences for review, and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to customers while demonstrating the continued value of Medtronic’s products and services.
