Customer Success Manager

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management. Experience in the experience research or user testing industry is a plus.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to customers, understanding their business goals and aligning UserTesting solutions accordingly. You will be responsible for driving customer adoption of the platform, delivering training and resources, and proactively engaging with customers to ensure they derive maximum value and achieve success. Additionally, you will foster customer advocacy, identify customer champions, and contribute to case studies and testimonials, while managing commercial renewals and building strategic partnerships.
Provides customer insights for digital products
