The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding new clients, proactively managing existing customer relationships, driving customer adoption of the Insider platform, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also conduct regular business reviews, develop and implement customer success strategies, and collaborate with sales and product teams to advocate for customer needs.
