As a Customer Success Manager, you will proactively drive adoption and retention of Insider’s platform by engaging with clients, understanding their business goals, and providing strategic guidance. You will conduct regular check-in calls, identify opportunities for expansion, and resolve any client issues or concerns. Additionally, you will contribute to customer onboarding, develop and deliver training materials, and collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
