As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, proactively managing their accounts, and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes using the Insider platform. This includes conducting regular check-in calls, providing training and support, identifying upsell opportunities, and advocating for client needs within the company. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback, and contributing to the overall success of the Insider platform.
