Experience with mobile-first customer service platforms, Bots, and AI technologies is preferred.
The Customer Success Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with executive and business users of Helpshift’s customers, partnering with Account Managers to drive renewals and growth, establishing critical goals and KPIs, presenting quarterly business review data, advocating for customer needs, and serving as a trusted product expert while educating clients on best practices and managing issue escalations to the development team.
