This role is for a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to ensure customers continuously see value across the Sonatype Nexus Platform. The CSE role is meaningful because it ensures customers are successful and delighted with Sonatype products and services, which directly impacts renewal and expansion of deployments, validated by Sonatype's 85%+ renewal rate.
