Requirements

Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success within a fast-paced SaaS organization, with a proven ability to demonstrate and unlock value for customers using technical, mission-critical products like conversational AI. Commercial experience in owning renewals and expansion to drive best-in-class Net Revenue Retention (NRR) is essential. The role requires a strong builder mindset focused on customer excellence and scalable solutions, exceptional communication skills for relationship management across all customer organization levels, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will partner with the CS team to develop a scalable CS playbook and framework for the DACH region, while building, maintaining, and owning strong relationships with 40-50 enterprise clients in the Brazil region. Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, driving long-term adoption of multiple products, monitoring customer usage and adoption to identify improvement or expansion opportunities, and owning customer success KPIs such as NRR/GRR to contribute to CS OKR goals.
