The Customer Solutions Consultant will act as a strategic technical partner for enterprise customers, guiding them on best practices for Confluent platform adoption, scalability, and technical health. Responsibilities include building long-term relationships, advising on technical architectures and integration patterns, analyzing customer environments for optimization opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to represent the customer's voice and drive adoption.
