The Customer Solutions Architect should be a strategic technical partner with experience in the data space and a deep understanding of Atlan's Open API, SDK toolkits, and event-driven capabilities. Prior experience in solving similar problems and providing technical guidance at a deep technical level is required. The role also requires the ability to work closely with customer teams of Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Data Platform owners.
The Customer Solutions Architect will drive value with Atlan by onboarding customers, driving adoption through Value Streams, and automating innovation using Active Metadata. They will act as a trusted advisor to customers with complex data estates, analyzing existing landscapes and integration needs to design optimal Atlan architectures. The role involves leading strategic workshops, discovering and designing custom solutions for customer needs that extend Atlan's native capabilities, and providing technical enablement to customers with in-house development capabilities.
