Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service/order management and SAP/ERP experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare industry
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean languages
  • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships
  • Experience in cross-functional projects and process improvements
  • Experience in SAP Order Delivery Module (ORM) is a great plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain highly customer-focused quality services
  • Frequent verbal and written communication with customers on updating them with product information and other required information
  • Handle daily order fulfillment, consignment inventory customer backorder review, delivery scheduling & billing and invoicing, reporting on sales results
  • Manage the PO pending status on regular basis not to keep unbilled revenue for a long time
  • Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned by the Manager
  • Prepare and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and lead process improvement efforts
  • Manage inventories and allocate stock in short supply to maximize service levels
  • Represent the company to external and internal customers, answer customers’ questions, trace lost shipments, interpret and clarify customer orders for the ship-out, and when necessary, connect customers to appropriate support of field staff
