Responsibilities

  • Sell a full range of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), insulin pumps, and supplies
  • Conduct effective sales calls with targeted call points (e.g., Endocrinology, Primary Care, and Internal Medicine)
  • Partner with Regional Sales Manager to establish strategic sales plans encompassing all referral sources in the assigned territory
  • Identify and develop relationships with key customers to drive sales growth of Byram Healthcare’s service offerings
  • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving and following up on all customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Build positive customer experiences by engaging in active dialogue, including explaining reimbursement requirements, services, and necessary documentation
  • Arrange and conduct in-services
  • Analyze impact of managed care in the territory and its effect on prescribing decisions, modifying sales and promotion strategies as needed
  • Represent Byram Healthcare
