The Sales Representative will engage with customers over the phone, handling both inbound (50%) and outbound (50%) calls to assist with inquiries, orders, and requests; follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and requests with professionalism and patience; provide efficient and accurate service while offering a friendly and approachable experience; maintain proper call etiquette, showing empathy, attentiveness, and clarity; accurately manage and calculate sales data, ensuring no errors in orders or amounts; use CRM and internal tools for documentation and follow-ups; coordinate with internal teams for order updates and customer needs; and adhere to a fixed schedule aligned with New York business hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM NY time).
