The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, or email, troubleshoot issues and problem-solve questions about Jobber’s features and workflows, maintain high channel productivity, act as a liaison for customer feedback to product and technical teams, and build a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and document customer feedback to inform future decisions.
