Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming interactions including End User interactions, collections, and Customer relations within granted authority levels
  • Handle inbound inquiries such as invoicing, taxation, agreement terms, updating account information, and payment terms
  • Process payments, transfers & assumptions
  • Calculate and explain end of term options
  • Accurately respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a personable and timely manner
  • Provide inbound customer service interactions with the goal of one call resolution
  • Provide professional oral and written correspondence with internal and external customers, as well as cross-functional positions
  • Use a consultative approach to identify appropriate solutions
  • Understand the various types of agreements and the end of term process for each
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily core responsibilities
  • Complete basic team tasks
  • Understand and abide by account security procedures for all interactions
  • Effectively communicate with fellow Account Support Advisors to coordinate workflow and coverage needs
  • Actively participate in the achievement of team and company goals
  • Follow and adhere to The GreatAmerica Principles and GreatAmerica Experience Standards
