Requirements

  • Confirmed experience in a Fisher Scientific call center (preferred)
  • VAS team experience (preferred)
  • Deduct & Hold experience (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to identify gaps in procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Engage multiple internal departments (Third-Party Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, Production Products and Services) to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products and issue resolution
  • Adhere to schedule and maintain reliable and punctual attendance
  • Meet or exceed efficiency and quality standards defined in annual goals
  • Complete all other duties as assigned
  • Stay informed of and follow new processes, system changes, procedural updates, and initiatives within the company
  • Use PPI Process improvement tools to identify, own, and implement customer service related process improvements
  • Support the Production Operations team in the execution of orders to meet production customer requirements (Delivery, Deduct & Hold, Quality Documentation, etc.)
