Responsibilities

  • Ensure 100% compliance with customer requirements for deliveries, shipments, and customer service
  • Analyze and control transmission errors, customer increases/decreases, and requirement advances; communicate them and perform corresponding negotiations
  • Assign and manage finished product deliveries, handle the materials system to ensure customer requirements are accurate and communicated to relevant plant areas
  • Formulate and delegate logistical emergencies for deliveries
  • Facilitate problem-solving for customer materials
  • Act as mediator between the customer, production control, and distribution departments
  • Analyze and summarize reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, service and delivery issues, and reasons for product returns
  • Represent the company in meetings with the customer
  • Report to the Supervisor for customer communication, exceeding expectations in delivery, and being the direct representative of Aptiv to the customer in communication and service quality
