We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with proven experience using QuickBooks to join our team. This role combines exceptional customer service skills with strong accounting software knowledge to ensure smooth client interactions, accurate transaction processing, and efficient issue resolution. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and able to manage both customer inquiries and QuickBooks-related tasks seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Process invoices, payments, and refunds using QuickBooks.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, determining solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the accounting and operations teams for billing, payment, and service-related issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM and QuickBooks.
  • Prepare basic financial and customer service reports as needed.
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts and order processing.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and customer empathy.
