The Receivables Risk & Recovery Specialist will manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances and resolving billing discrepancies. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining reporting dashboards, initiating client contact for payment status, documenting collection activities in the ERP system, monitoring accounts for delinquency, taking preventive action to reduce bad debt exposure, and resolving complex past-due accounts through investigation and analysis. The specialist will also identify and correct invoicing errors or system discrepancies, support administrative tasks related to collections, and maintain customer master data for accuracy.
