The Customer Care Representative will serve as the voice of Ruggable, interacting with customers primarily via phone, email, and chat. They will provide timely and thorough resolutions to customer inquiries, including returns, cancellations, exchanges, tracking updates, and product recommendations. Additionally, they will act as a product expert, maintain a high understanding of the company's website and products, and communicate with management to escalate problems and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
