Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in internal and/or external customer service or customer-related administration, strong attention to detail, proficiency in using personal computers, data entry terminals, and common office equipment and software, and preferred experience with SAP and the Google platform.
The Customer Service Representative will provide product knowledge and account support to customers, both internal and external, in a courteous and proactive manner, answer calls promptly and courteously, respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, enter customer orders into the SAP order management system daily, educate customers about product terminology, features, and benefits, manage assigned distributor accounts, monitor scheduled ship dates to ensure timely delivery, follow all safety protocols, and run the ZOTCM report daily.
