Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales inbound through our Pebble Sales Phone, Email, and Chat communication methods
  • Greet and engage with new owners, guests and prospective customers to create a welcoming atmosphere to discuss Pebble’s offerings. Share knowledge about the Pebble Flow and the benefits of sustainable travel
  • Excite and educate customers through product demonstrations and vehicle orientations, showcasing the unique features of the Pebble Flow
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and assisting with supporting documentation
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Perform additional tasks to meet business needs, including supporting special events
