Responsibilities

Manage all sales inbound through our Pebble Sales Phone, Email, and Chat communication methods
Greet and engage with new owners, guests and prospective customers to create a welcoming atmosphere to discuss Pebble’s offerings. Share knowledge about the Pebble Flow and the benefits of sustainable travel
Excite and educate customers through product demonstrations and vehicle orientations, showcasing the unique features of the Pebble Flow
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and assisting with supporting documentation
Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Perform additional tasks to meet business needs, including supporting special events
