Candidates should have an undergraduate degree (BS/BA) preferred and 2 years of customer experience. Knowledge of beef and/or dairy operations is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, along with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word applications. Previous training/onboarding experience and experience using a CRM (TouchPoint preferred) are also preferred.
The Customer Onboarding Specialist will provide an exceptional onboarding and first order experience for Precision Animal Health (PAH) customers. They will facilitate training and education on the genetics product lifecycle and assist with accessing systems like Account Creation, SearchPoint, and BillPay. Responsibilities include promoting an excellent customer experience, educating customers on product testing lifecycles, ensuring a positive first order experience, and following up with customers. The specialist will actively listen to customer goals to identify correct Zoetis products, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, develop and maintain relationships with the Zoetis Customer Master Data team, document customer interactions, and consistently achieve departmental performance requirements. Teamwork and collaboration are essential.
