Experience managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly becoming a product expert is also required, along with a creative approach to problem-solving.
The Customer Onboarding Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure long-term success. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues, and advocating for clients internally to facilitate business expansion. Responsibilities include facilitating on-time onboarding through project management, assisting teammates with escalations and product questions, driving process and product improvements, and partnering with internal teams to deliver an optimal customer experience.
