Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with 1-3 years in a technical pre-sales capacity supporting large enterprise sales cycles. Responsibilities

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to showcase Cresta's platform, providing technical insights and solutioning by understanding customer requirements. Responsibilities include conducting product demos, managing technical validation activities like proof-of-concept exercises and pilots, developing business cases, and acting as a liaison between sales, customers, and technical teams. They will also qualify sales opportunities, lead discovery calls, translate use cases into technical solutions, run ROI workshops, and provide feedback to product management.
