- Review and action email correspondence appropriately to ensure swift addressing of customer communications for faster resolutions and elevated satisfaction
- Liaise between Window Nation's post-installation customers and support teams
- Enter data and upload documents accurately into systems related to customer interactions
- Operate with empathy and courtesy toward customers and colleagues in all interactions to provide outstanding customer experience
