Customer Success Engineer - Field Engineering

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in Technical Support at a level closest to engineering (L3 or higher), demonstrating strong proficiency in Python and Java. They must have experience with technical debugging, including code browsing (Python/Java), utilizing code debuggers, and analyzing logs. A solid understanding of computing fundamentals, encompassing operating systems (Linux), networks, storage, scripting, and REST APIs, is also required.
As a Customer Engineering Specialist, you will challenge yourself to diagnose and fix complex product issues using your Python/Java expertise, analyze issue patterns, suggest improvements, and uncover new use cases to shape the future of the platform. You will craft solutions, enhance processes, contribute to public knowledge articles, guide users and your team, and create knowledge treasures for the company’s knowledge base. Additionally, you will train and mentor new team members as the Customer Happiness function scales, and communicate technical concepts clearly to anyone.
