Candidates should possess a BA or BS in Marketing or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience is required, and experience in industry, sales, channel, or project management is considered a plus. The role demands knowledge of marketing fundamentals, product/service/solution lifecycles, and knowledge management, along with a working understanding of the industry and customer segments. Familiarity with partner management, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and adeptness in managing virtual teams are essential. The ability to interface effectively with multiple management levels and functional disciplines, coupled with strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive consensus, is also necessary.
The Customer Engagement Advisor will design, deploy, and manage the total customer experience for assigned segments, products, or solutions by applying customer experience and loyalty research. This includes leading customer experience design through strategic application of design methodologies, conducting user groups, and identifying usability across the customer lifecycle. The role involves leading strategic alignment of organizations and resources to deliver designed customer experiences and maintain customer retention. The advisor will represent the voice of the customer in direct interactions and design, deliver, and manage customer experiences within Customer Experience Centers. Specific duties include designing and managing customized customer experiences and briefings for executive briefing centers, partnering to identify presentation leaders for strategic briefings, managing briefings focused on strategic accounts and major opportunities, providing active management during briefings, and delivering post-briefing analysis and feedback for improvement. Additionally, the role involves providing direction for process improvements, establishing policies within the Executive Briefing Center, and mentoring peers.
