Requirements

  • Proven experience shaping and delivering Data & AI solutions within the Marketing or Service domains
  • Expertise in managing teams and projects focused on leveraging Data & AI capabilities to deliver customer insights, personalization, and predictive modelling to progress the customer and marketing agenda
  • Proven experience driving business development efforts in proposal development, including shaping the offering, resourcing, and costing

Responsibilities

  • Bring deep functional expertise in the Marketing or Service domain, acting as the Data & AI interface internally
  • Leverage combined functional & technical skillset to drive sales growth, capability development, and presence of Data & AI offerings throughout Song engagements
  • Deliver Data & AI advisory projects focused on customer insights, segmentation, personalization, and predictive modelling by solving client difficulties and needs through industry-specific research
  • Bring a well-defined strategy and consulting skillset to client engagements and business development, leading programme delivery and taking ownership of sales opportunities end-to-end
  • Lead client engagements to formulate long-term Data & AI strategies with a sharp focus on business outcomes, with significant independence
  • Develop current or former proficiency in Advanced Data Analytics and/or AI modelling
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management to engage with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales to understand business needs, provide data-driven recommendations, and drive initiatives that enhance customer journeys
