The schedule is a fixed dayshift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT, with weekend shifts every 3 weeks.

Required skills include at least 2 years of customer service experience in retail or social media accounts, experience in product reviews for socials like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, exposure with any CRM, excellent verbal and written communication, organized and able to meet deadlines, proactive attitude towards problem solving, and ability to meet agreed KPIs.
This is an on-site, office-based position located at the Mega Tower, EDSA in Metro Manila.
Strong candidates have at least 2 years of customer service experience in retail or social media, experience with product reviews on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, CRM exposure, and nice-to-have experience with tools like Zendesk or Hootsuite, plus Australian customer service experience.
