Responsibilities

  • Send order confirmations and manage inquiries with precision and speed
  • Proactively communicate stock availability, delivery delays, and provide solutions
  • Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to remove roadblocks and boost customer satisfaction
  • Handle complex inquiries and escalations with a structured, customer-first approach
  • Log and follow up on customer cases, supporting ongoing improvement efforts
  • Support customer-specific processes including campaigns, promotional deliveries, and tailored reporting
  • Share customer insights internally to help improve product availability and service levels
