Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years related experience in a similar position in Control Valves or related experience
  • Experience in Offshore & Marine proposals (added advantage)
  • Knowledge of Application for Oil & Gas and Power industries (added advantage)
  • Experience in working for a large MNC organization with understanding of global operating procedures (added advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing requests for Quotation from Project Sales and Channel Partners
  • Evaluating Technical Specifications and Datasheets
  • Performing Sizing and Selection
  • Providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions (configuration, price, cost, etc.) as part of the ITO (requisition) process
  • Adhering to DOA and relevant internal approvals processes with Integrity
  • Managing clean hand-over upon Order Receipt and supporting Project Management with Changes within the post order Roles & Responsibilities Matrix for CAEs
  • Achieving high proficiency in ValvStream configuration tools and other tools used by IET-Valves organization (with training provided)
  • Communicating clearly across functions with global Engineering for required support, to present best fit solutions to the customer
