Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience or a Master’s degree with up to two years of experience. They should have experience in a customer support or collection position within a service or end-user support environment.
The Customer Account Specialist will prepare monthly collection strategies, establish action plans to meet/exceed metrics, report progress during AR review meetings, forecast month-end metric results, manage collection balances, monitor Bank Guarantee renewals, and collect original Bank Guarantees. They will also ensure timely Cash Allocation & Suspense management, document collection activities, deliver customer experience within lifecycle processes, service customer requests through various channels, build and maintain customer relationships, support Total Customer Experience, collaborate with team members and CRM, provide guidance and leadership to colleagues, demonstrate sound judgment, provide timely escalations, and proactively interact with stakeholders.
