Account Manager

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in Account Management, Channel or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below, and demonstrate knowledge of the MSP space, particularly within the cybersecurity industry. Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms is also required.
The Account Manager will focus on achieving assigned quotas through expansion metrics and renewal rates, working with partners as a trusted advisor to deliver solutions that increase customer and partner satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and provide exceptional service. They will maintain and reinforce Huntress’ culture, build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within partner organizations, and execute a customer and partner engagement process to ensure excellent communication and drive overall growth and success after the initial sale.
Managed endpoint detection and response services
Huntress provides managed endpoint detection and response (EDR) services to protect businesses from cyber threats, particularly ransomware. Their service includes 24/7 monitoring of clients' systems to identify potential cyberattacks.
