Vertical Focus: Retail & CPG Our team specializes in FMCG and retail. Together with strong, unique brands like OTTO, bonprix, Rolf Benz, Avene, and Disney, we develop new brand strategies, customer-centric campaigns, and digital products. We find new ways to combine creativity, data, and media.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic development and implementation of a holistic CRM strategy to sustainably increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Consulting and operational management of internal departments and external agencies in the planning and execution of targeted CRM measures – from idea to implementation.
  • Target audience segmentation based on behavioral data, interests, and customer development stages – to derive appropriate measures along the customer journey (activation, retention, recovery).
  • Conception, management, and analysis of high-performance CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS) in close coordination with various departments and agencies.
  • Building, automating, and optimizing scalable customer journeys for relevant use cases (e.g., onboarding, reactivation, loyalty).
  • Interface management & quality assurance between company goals and agency implementation – with a clear focus on efficiency and brand fit.
  • Data-driven collaboration: Close cooperation with data teams to develop insights, KPIs, and data-based recommendations.
  • Monitoring, reporting & optimization of relevant key performance indicators (e.g., Customer Lifetime Value, Churn Rate, Retention Rate) to continuously improve performance.
  • System development: Support in the further development of the CRM system, if necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience in the CRM field, ideally with corporate, agency, or interface experience.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven working style.
