Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 6 months of experience in similar roles within multinational environments. Strong interest in CRM systems and understanding of basic marketing/sales principles are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and willingness to learn new software tools such as Salesforce CRM and Veeva Suite. Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and Italian as a mother tongue is also necessary.
The CRM Specialist will assist with the maintenance and administration of the CRM database (Veeva), including updating training documentation, monitoring data integrity, and supporting user requests. They will support the CRM team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and analyzing campaign performance, manage customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and work with team members to identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The role also involves participating in the preparation of reports and presentations highlighting CRM insights and achievements.
