Requirements

Responsibilities

The Customer Marketing Specialist will analyze customer data and behavior to segment the customer base effectively, develop and implement personalized marketing campaigns to engage and retain existing customers, encourage satisfied customers to become brand advocates, collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, ensure consistent and relevant communication with customers, plan and manage loyalty programs, gather customer feedback and insights, track and measure the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives, prepare reports on campaign performance, and collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to align strategies and address customer concerns.
