The CRM Solutions Manager will develop and support innovative marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. Responsibilities include guiding Communication Owners on platform functionalities, investigating and resolving issues for successful campaign execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address opportunities and challenges. The role also involves participating in discovery sessions, navigating complex data structures, leveraging data insights to optimize marketing efforts, and measuring campaign success through data analytics and performance metrics.
