Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in customer data platforms (CDP) management within a Growth capacity, with hands-on experience across CDPs, retention, acquisition, experimentation, data visualization tools, and data warehouses. They should be proficient in API requirements and liquid scripting for campaign automation and personalization, along with strong analytical skills for querying and interpreting complex datasets using SQL, and the ability to translate CRM requirements into product requirement documents (PRDs).
The CRM MarTech Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM strategies, analyze customer data and insights to inform campaigns, lead the overall CRM function to coordinate project development, interface with development teams to manage resources, communicate project status to stakeholders, assist in planning and quality assurance, maintain project documentation, and serve as a point of communication between internal teams and external vendors.
