Requirements

The CRM Manager should possess an analytical approach emphasizing understanding customer/client behavior and planning based on data-driven insights, a passion for championing the customer/client perspective, and strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in both B2B and B2C spaces. Bonus qualifications include copywriting experience, familiarity with HTML, and an eye for design.

Responsibilities

The CRM Manager will strategize, build, and execute communications using Braze, utilizing key engagement channels such as Email, Push notifications, in-app messages and content cards, collaborating closely with the Product team to enhance product awareness and engagement with the goal of generating incremental revenue, monitoring key performance indicators, using data insights to continually refine strategies, working closely with the Head of CRM to design CRM experiments, including the test design and analysis, and refining segmentation and targeting to personalize communications for maximum impact.
