Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience using Braze, proficiency in email design and campaign set-up within Braze, strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools, experience crafting and executing digital and multichannel strategies to drive engagement, including webinars, in-product outreach, text and email, and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Color’s enrollment and engagement campaigns through Braze, ensuring they are data-driven, visually compelling, and customer-focused, working with product and customer success teams to maximize enrollment and participant engagement. They will deeply understand user behaviors, segment them based on effective nudge strategies, ideate and execute campaigns reflecting these understandings, and help grow the end-to-end communication strategy with end-users, utilizing a creative mindset and exceptional writing skills to translate ideas into actionable campaigns.
