Requirements

  • 5+ years demonstrated expertise in CRM data architecture, data modeling principles, and marketing operations data management
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong proficiency in writing SQL and experience working in data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
  • Previous work in CDP and CRM tools required, preferably Simon Data and Salesforce
  • Marketing analytics tooling experience preferred, preferably Tableau or Power BI
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) technical experience preferred, but not required
  • A robust understanding of data governance, segmentation strategy, and dataflow optimization within complex marketing technology stacks
  • A deep understanding of how CDPs and ESPs function in tandem to deliver campaigns
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills
  • Results-driven with ability to quickly solve complex problems
  • Flexible self-starter with ability to execute independently and adapt accordingly to priority and project changes
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Solutions Architect (United States based) on the Email, App, & CRM and be a key cross-organization partner to the broader Marketing, Data Engineering, and Sales teams
  • Utilize data from Snowflake and Salesforce to build audience segments and flows with dynamic data fields
  • Leverage advanced SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data within relational databases, designing efficient schemas and ensuring data integrity to create audience segments for use in digital campaigns across email, app, and paid media
  • On a daily basis, manage data syncs to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external channels for use in digital campaigns across email, app, and paid media
  • Manage WeWork’s CDP (Customer Data Platform), maintaining the relationship and overseeing the technology, data infrastructure, and reporting required to support campaigns
  • Assist the Solutions Architect in the monitoring of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Business Unit health and ensure all systems are up-to-date and structured for optimized campaign launches
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to define, implement, and optimize relational database schemas to support marketing segmentation, product analytics, and operational requirements
  • Maintain the global owned prospect, member, ex-member, and broker database audience segmentation framework
  • Support global stakeholders on strategic planning, targeting, and implementation for campaigns across the customer journey
  • Continually identify new opportunities leveraging WeWork data to continuously improve the Marketing organization’s impact and effectiveness
