Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with mobile products in a Product or Data Analyst role. Strong SQL knowledge for working with raw data is essential, with Python being a significant plus. Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and demonstrated experience with continuous A/B testing are required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are necessary to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. Basic knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution, user lifecycle management, and B2C subscription models are considered advantageous.
The CRM Analyst will be responsible for improving dashboard and reporting efficiency by creating and maintaining performance reports, enhancing A/B test analysis with optimization recommendations, and fulfilling ad-hoc data requests for strategic planning. They will also manage data quality by monitoring integrity, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating on data source improvements. Additionally, the analyst will conduct root cause analysis for performance fluctuations and support CRM team meetings by preparing and presenting data findings.
