Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in fraud and/or investigations, possess fluency in English, and have proficiency in Excel, including the ability to perform complex functions. Salesforce knowledge and web query experience are also required.

Responsibilities

The Credentialing Analyst will investigate potential clients to prevent fraudulent use and ensure compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. They will obtain supporting documentation for due diligence, account for legal use, and assess financial stability. The analyst will also educate clients on permissible purpose and the rules for accessing and reporting credit information, update Salesforce and Mainframe accounts, and assist with customer setup. Additionally, they will be responsible for special projects, process improvements, and providing recommendations for client approval and ongoing audits.
