Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in background investigations, intelligence analysis, risk assessment, security, or compliance, preferably in a high-security or government-adjacent industry. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including conducting interviews and writing reports, are required. Knowledge of and experience with insider threat/risk and candidate vetting are also necessary.
The Insider Risk Analyst will lead the development of advanced vetting protocols for pre-hire candidates and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to protect CrowdStrike against insider risks. Responsibilities include reviewing background checks, preparing detailed reports, evaluating background check results for discrepancies, analyzing candidate profiles for security risks, and coordinating enhanced vetting for high-risk candidates. The analyst will also develop and refine screening security protocols, mature processes with an eye towards automation, stay updated on industry trends, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, analyze and brief identified risks, perform investigations, develop mitigation strategies, and support general Insider Risk and Global Security operations.
